Holidays
We are open from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 16:00 Fridays. Maintenance calls can be reported 24 hours a day but will not be classed as logged until 08:45.
The following is a list of public holidays when the office will be closed. You may still report maintenance calls on the web in the normal way but they will not be classed as logged until 08:45 on the first working day after the public holiday.
